This sizzling adaptation of Prosper Mérimée’s novella unfolds a double love triangle, resulting in a conundrum of uncontrolled passion and jealousy. Carmen, the irresistible gypsy beauty, takes a chance on forbidden love and ultimately pays for her desires. Resident Choreographer and 5-time Helen Hayes award-winner Irina Tsikurishvili performs the title role, infusing Carmen with fervor and brilliance.
