What is Synetic Teen Program?
Synetic Teen Program is a highly selective and rigorous physical theater program for students ages 10-18 who are looking to pursue acting professionally during their middle or high school years.
For those looking to become involved in the Synetic Teen Program there are three types of involvement.
1. Synetic Teen Productions
Synetic Teen Productions are a highly selective and physically intensive training program that results in a high quality, high energy professional level production at our Crystal City Theater. If cast, teens involved in these productions are asked to pay a participation fee and for this fee they work closely with professional directors, choreographers, fight choreographers, stage managers, light, costume and set designers. At the end of a 5-8 week rehearsal period teens have a fully staged, full length production worthy of praise.
MARK YOUR CALENDAR: Auditions for the first two shows of the 2012/13 Teen Season will be the week of September 2, 2013. More info about upcoming Teen Productions will be posted shortly.
2. Intensive Synetic Training
For teens looking to begin a regiment of training, continue their training regiment after a show, or for those looking to prepare for Synetic auditions, the Synetic Teen Flex Pass is the way to go. The Flex Pass allows students to participant in on-going sequential classes in fitness, endurance, technique, dance and acting training crucial to Synetic performers. Flex Passes are made available each semester and entitle teen students to take many classes per week that will help them create, refine and hone their performance skills.

3. The Casual Student
For first time students and teens with busy schedules, Synetic allows teens to take only one sequential class per week or to drop-into the Fitness classes when their schedules allow. This allows students to get a feel for Synetic, get acquainted with our training methods, and gives flexibility to those who can’t join us for more routine training due to conflicts.
